Hi there! We’re Kristin and Ryan Richmond, and we’re excited to welcome you to our favorite spots in North Carolina. Our journey began in the cozy upper loft of our own home, where we discovered our shared passion for creating comfortable and memorable experiences for travelers just like you.  

After planting roots in the charming city of Greensboro, NC and expanding our family, we realized how much we enjoyed creating a soft landing for others while maintaining the highest standards of quality.  Ryan, an avid real estate enthusiast, loves transforming properties into their best selves and stays on top of market trends to bring you the best tips and insights. You can dive into his wealth of knowledge on his forthcoming podcast. 

As for me, Kristin, I bring my project management and hospitality experience to the table, designing unique and quirky spaces with thrifty finds that give each of our rentals its own special character. Together, we are a laid-back, positive couple who have found immense joy in this venture, all while raising our daughter in an environment filled with creativity and care.
